• County Cricket: Runner-Up!

  Congratulations to our cricket team competed against 14 other schools across Lincolnshire in the County Cricket Finals this week and came RUNNERS UP! Every school we played were of a very high standard and each win was very close... none closer than the final which was decided by only one run. We were also awarded The ‘Spirit of the Games’ award for our team’s behaviour, attitude and positivity (towards each other and their opponents). We are all really proud of their performance and how well they embodied our values. Thank you to all of our families that came to support the children too – it certainly added to the atmosphere.

  Allison Homes are donating a £30 Amazon Gift voucher for the raffle at our Summer Fayre.  Allison Homes would also like to sponsor our school with a donation of £1,000 towards sports kits. We are delighted and grateful at this level of support from Allison Homes.

  
   

• Tennis Tournament Winners!

  Our tennis team WON the Grantham District Tournament! They were so amazing. Another teacher commented on how honest the girls were when she was umpiring their match; and the boys were encouraging the other team and giving the other team pointers to help them even though they were against them. They could see they hadn’t played much tennis and were so lovely towards them. They all honestly represented school so well!

  

• Sunny Days!

  It’s looking like more glorious, sunny weather next week… please make sure your child/ren come to school with a water bottle; protective sun hat and have suncream applied before school (at least factor 15 with UVA protection is advised) - staff can’t apply suncream to the children.
