  300 metre high ‘hill’ hiked, 7.6 miles walked along the Monsal Trail finishing with a tourism survey to help the village decide what to do with the building by the old train station: they’ve been left with ideas for a cafe/bistro to cater for tourists & locals.   We’ve arrived at Ravenstor in the Peak District. Already, we’ve explored the Tideswell National Park and been abseiling & weaselling. Weather has been generous to us as well. • Cricket Success

  Congratulations to our cricket team who won the Grantham & District Cricket Tournament today. The team played 5 games in a league (winning all 5) before beating Malcolm Sargent in the semi-finals and then beating Grantham Prep in the final. The team played brilliantly, working as a team - going from strength to strength in each match. Well done team for representing our school so well and successfully. They will be representing the Grantham & District at the County Finals in 2 weeks time!
