  We’d like our ‘Advent Book Calendar’ to return on Fri 27th Nov. The aim is for every child to receive a book during Advent. We’d really appreciate it if you could have a look on your bookshelves to see if there are any you are willing to donate to the children to read/share. 🎄

• Children’s videos

  Log into the children’s Google Classroom accounts to watch your child’s video showing their work and talking about their learning.

• Virtual Tours

  Due to the restrictions and our measures to keep everyone as safe as possible, we will not be having any visitors to school to help protect the children, staff and parents/carers whilst in national lockdown. I want to be able to limit all forms of risk in every scenario over this month so that we can continue our fantastic service.

   

  A short pre-recorded video is available on our website (menu…parents…new to Claypole…).

   

  Virtual tours can be arranged too. This will be facilitated through our Google Meet platform. If your child is due to start school in September 2021, please contact our office (01636 626 268 or adminoffice@claypoleprimary.org) to arrange a suitable time to meet virtually.

   

  Once lockdown restrictions have been lifted, we look again at being able to conduct a real tour of our school again. If you have any queries please reach out to us.

• Admissions for Reception 2021

  Starting School: Reception places for September 2021

  Children who are born between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2017 are due to start Reception in September 2021. Lincolnshire parents can apply for a place from 14 November 2020 for the 2021 Reception intake.

   

  The closing date for applications is 12 noon, 15 January 2021.

  Late applications and changes received after 12 noon on 17 February 2021 will not be dealt with in time for offer day on 18 April 2021 and will be processed at a later date.
