Children who are born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015 are due to start Reception in September 2019. Lincolnshire parents can apply for a place from 14 November 2018 for the 2019 Reception intake. The preferred method for applying for a Reception place for September 2019 is online. You can also apply by telephoning our Customer Service Centre on 01522 782030. Alternatively you can request a paper application using the same number. The closing date for applications is 12 noon, 15 January 2019.
Even if the closing date has passed you can still apply for a school place. If the apply online facility is no longer available you can still apply on a paper application, you can request one by telephoning our Customer Service Centre on 01522 782030. Late applications and changes received after 12 noon on 17 February 2019 will not be dealt with in time for offer day on 18 April 2019 and will be processed at a later date.
Our Christmas Fayre is Saturday 1st December (1pm - 3pm) in Claypole C.E. Primary School. There will be a variety of stalls, food, drinks, games, a raffle, our school choir and Santa’s Grotto (with Santa himself 🎅🏼)!
Today’s Children in Need ‘Bring & Buy’ sale raised £106.12 today. Thank you for everyone’s generosity (& thank you to Pupil Parliament, our Y6 team and Mrs Wicks for preparing & organising the sale). It’s non-uniform (wear spots if you’ve got them, or Pudsey-inspired clothing) on Friday 16th November in exchange for £1. Thank you for your support
Following our success at the Grantham & District Tournament, Claypole will go through to represent South West Lincolnshire at the Level 3 County final in Skegness (Wainfleet Road playing fields) from 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturday 2nd February 2019.
What a challenging day: eating cake!
The judges decisions are in... winners will be announced during Collective Worship on Tuesday. We had three judges (a former pupil who lived through WW2, a member of the Parish Council & Di our school cook). Thank you to the children for taking part; the time, thought & care is evident in the creations. Thank you to the parents too
