    Claypole Church of England Primary School is currently recruiting for a dedicated School Administrator to start immediately. This is a permanent role starting immediately on an ongoing basis working 25.5 hours. You will be responsible for meeting/greeting people to school; answering phone calls; ensuring best value for money on the services school pay for; be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and validity of the payroll returns and for the payment of salaries and wages including PAYE, NIC and superannuation; ensure payments are made to services/providers; support and advise the head teacher on the financial management of the school and other general admin duties. You will need to have recent and relevant experience working in a similar role within a primary school setting. You will need to be professionally presented with a confident personality and excellent communication skills. Training in ‘Agresso’ is desirable. This position would suit a friendly, team player.     We are seeking an efficient, reliable, friendly and trustworthy individual to join our existing team of Midday Supervisors with responsibility for securing the safety and welfare of our pupils during the midday break. You will be working as part of a team of supervisors, and experience of working with children would be an advantage. Hours of work: 5 hours a week (12pm – 1pm) Monday to Friday term-time only.
