Claypole Church of England Primary School is currently recruiting for a dedicated School Administrator to start immediately. This is a permanent role starting immediately on an ongoing basis working 25.5 hours. You will be responsible for meeting/greeting people to school; answering phone calls; ensuring best value for money on the services school pay for; be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and validity of the payroll returns and for the payment of salaries and wages including PAYE, NIC and superannuation; ensure payments are made to services/providers; support and advise the head teacher on the financial management of the school and other general admin duties. You will need to have recent and relevant experience working in a similar role within a primary school setting. You will need to be professionally presented with a confident personality and excellent communication skills. Training in ‘Agresso’ is desirable. This position would suit a friendly, team player.
