The Victorians

and try to answer the question -

How did the Victorians improve the lives of children?

 

This term we will be learning about many aspects of Victorian life, including;

When was the Victorian era?

The British Empire during the Victorian era.

What was live like for children at the time?

What was live like for the poor at the time?

How did people spend their leisure time?

Comparing modern schooling to Victorian schooling. 

Key Information:

Our PE sessions this half term are Dance & Swimming. These will be on Monday and Thursday, please make sure children have suitable kit in school for outdoor sessions.

 

Please remind children to continue to read regularly at home as well use the Times Tables Rockstars and Spelling Shed apps at least 3 times per week. Read Theory (see website list below) is also available to aid with comprehension activities at home.
