End of Key Stage 2 SAT's results
In May, children in Year 6 had been the first to take the SATs papers. These tests in literacy and maths reflect the new national curriculum, and are intended to be more rigorous. There is also a completely new marking scheme to replace the existing national curriculum levels. These tests were both set and marked externally.
