Paralympic Team GB athlete

Fantastic presentation this afternoon from Sam Ruddock, a member of the Paralympic Team GB who debuted at London 2012 and took part in Rio in the summer. Truly inspirational and motivational presentation to the school. We learnt about his experiences, his training, dedication and that fear is normal & how he overcomes negative thoughts in order to achieve his best.
