We received a monitoring visit from the Local Education Authority this week - it's a standard termly occurrence - each term has a specific focus for external monitoring. This week, the LEA monitored our provision of SEND, Early Years Provision and children in receipt of Free School Meals. I was delighted by the feedback and comments. Notable highlights included the robust monitoring in place in school by everyone and the careful strategic decisions that are made for the needs of our children. It was great to get that level of validation and deserving of my team who work so hard too: researching and continuing to learn themselves for the betterment of each other, themselves & our children.
