Just a quick reminder the EYFS/KS1 disco will begin at 6pm and finish at 7pm & KS2’s disco will begin at 7:15pm and finish at 8:30pm. Please drop off and pick up your child/ren at the hallside entrance.
We know some parents/carers may wish to share the experience with their child/ren but due to the large numbers of children expected in the hall, we would ask that parents do not stay. Staff and pre-arranged parent helpers will be on hand throughout to make sure your child has a safe and enjoyable time at the disco. For our younger children, this is also a fantastic opportunity for them to develop their independence and social skills whilst enjoying themselves in a safe, familiar environment. If there are any issues during the disco, we will contact you.
Can we also please remind our older children that it is not necessary for them to bring their mobile phones to the disco for risk of them being used to take photos/videos of others without their consent.
If there are any parent/carers who would like to volunteer their help at future PTA events, we would love to hear from you – please contact our school office.
