Lincolnshire County Council operates a system called "Equated Pay" to determine the annual salary of employees required to work for only part of the year, the salary being paid in 12 monthly instalments. Your annual salary is calculated by taking the number of weeks that you are contracted to work and adding a proportion of the 8 statutory public holidays and a proportion of your annual leave entitlement. This figure is then divided by 52 (ie. a full year) and multiplied by your weekly hours divided by the standard full-time hours per week and multiplied again by the full year salary amount to produce your annual salary.
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post. If you feel that this post interests you, please complete an application form which can be found below and return to Mr Martyn Wells, at Claypole CE Primary School or to adminoffice@claypoleprimary.org
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment; any appointment will be made subject to a clear, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, medical and reference checks. All Pre-employment checks are in line with "Keeping Children Safe in Education."
