Robins

Welcome to the Robins ~ Let’s Party!

Our topic this Term is Rio de Vida.  The children will need dancing feet to be able to step to the samba beat! We will be joining the party down in Rio and planning a carnival celebration with fabulous music, songs, dancing and food! Please look at the topic overview on this page to see what we will learning.

Some other key information for you...

P.E is every Wednesday and Tuesday this half term. On Wednesdays Mrs Harris will be teaching Dance and Music and on Tuesdays we will be doing REAL PE in the hall. Children will need shorts, t.shirts and plimsolls.

We aim to change reading books twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays and have some parent helpers to listen to readers. If you would like to listen to readers or help in the classroom, please let me know.

Maths homework will be set on Fridays and can be handed in anytime during the following week.  We will begin to send home spellings to learn (in an orange book) and spelling tests will be on Fridays.

If you have any questions or concerns please pop to the school office or make an appointment and I will be able to sort out any worries that you have.

Miss Bray
